Mixed technique, pastel and acrylic on paper 12 by16 inches. I finished it 7/31/08.I named this painting: "The Dream, Mammatus Clouds transforming into ethereal women. " Mammatus clouds are a rather spectacular cloud formation where the clouds form pouches that resemble women's breasts, hence the name. I had to use that ;-) I used Kahlo's drawing, "The Dream," of 1932, for my posture on the bed. I painted my thyroidectomy-scar.
